STEP 1: Discovery Call - We explore your culture challenges, what you want employees to feel, and whether workshops, artwork, or both make sense for your organization. Together, we create a custom package designed specifically for your team.
STEP 2: Workshop Experience - Your team participates in Culture by Design™ workshop(s) designed to uncover authentic identity and build collaborative connection. Workshops can be standalone experiences or part of a series that deepens the work.
STEP 3: Insights & Recommendations - You receive a summary of workshop insights and themes that emerged, and recommendations for building a culture of belonging and connection.
STEP 4: Custom Artwork (Optional) - If you choose to extend the experience, I create custom collaborative artwork from photographs of your team—pieces that live on your walls and remind people every day: This is special. This is ours."
